Walgreens Deals: April 26-May 2

It's a whole new world in Walgreens Frugal Shopping land, starting today! The EasySaver Rebates and EasySaver coupons are now a thing of the past at Walgreens, but it sure looks like Walgreens is going to be ramping up their Register Rewards offerings to make up for the loss of the EasySaver programs. Be looking for a new article posting soon on The Frugal Muse about how to get the most out of RRs at Walgreens. I predict that learning how to most efficiently work the RR system is going to be vital to our ability to continue getting great deals and steals at Walgreens. In the meantime, check out this week's great deals!

Also, check out this great post by Common Sense with Money, which lines up some great money-making scenarios using this week's deals!

  1. Cherissa - have you had issues with having coupons adjusted down? I tried buying two things at the Siloam Springs Walgreens yesterday - where I had overage (of $.01 and $.25) for the items and the register beeped (it wasn't the only item I was purchasing) and the cashier said they couldn't take them because they would lose money adjusting them down. That doesn't make sense to me -- but just wondered if you or anyone else has had issues buying things with overage coupons???? Tried buying Cutter spray ($1.99 ret. - $2.00 Q) - Ecotrin ($2 ret. - $2.25 Q)
